This report is part of the foundation’s ongoing effort to maintain financial transparency. As of August 7, the foundation held $36.81 million in cash and stablecoins, along with 680,000 in UNI tokens.
Asset Allocation
The organization clarified that cash and stablecoins are earmarked for grantmaking and operational activities, while UNI tokens are reserved for βemployee awards.β These funds are expected to support the foundation’s activities through the end of 2025, with $26.12 million allocated for grants and $10.69 million for operational expenses.
In Q2, the foundation committed over $3.2 million in new grants and disbursed nearly $2.5 million from previously committed grants.

By June 30, the foundation had committed a total of $7.55 million in grants for the year, with $5.27 million already disbursed. Operating expenses for the quarter amounted to $1.6 million. The breakdown of these expenses is as follows:
