🌎 PancakeSwap Airdrops 2.4M ZK Tokens to Reward Users

Decentralized exchange (DEX) protocol PancakeSwap is airdropping a substantial 2.4 million ZKSync (ZK) tokens to its users. This initiative rewards both longstanding contributors and active newcomers engaging with the platform.

PancakeSwap’s ZK Airdrop Period

The airdrop commenced on Friday, July 5 at 10:30 am UTC and will continue until August 5, 2024, at 10:30 am UTC. Any unclaimed tokens at the end of this period will be re-allocated to fund future development and community initiatives within the ecosystem.

Token Allocation

The allocation of the 2.4 million ZK tokens is divided among three groups:

veCAKE holders: 26.5%
Past ecosystem contributors: 27%
Future contributors: 46.5%

The snapshot for veCAKE holders and past contributors spans from July 26, 2023, to June 26, 2024. Traverse campaign participants have a snapshot period from July 27, 2023, to September 27, 2023.
