The non-fungible token (NFT) market has experienced a 4.2% drop in sales volume over the last seven days. This decline follows a previous 7.68% surge reported in the last weekly NFT sales update. According to the latest data, NFT sales volume in the past week stood at $73.75 million, down from $109 million the week prior.
Despite the drop in sales volume, there has been a significant 132% increase in NFT buyers. Data shows that there were 521,640 NFT buyers compared to 270,413 sellers. Interestingly, NFT transactions decreased by over 26% in the last seven days, totaling 1,217,967 transactions.
Top Blockchains by NFT Sales Volume
Ethereum has maintained the top position with $23.9 million in NFT sales, although it saw a 9.6% drop compared to the previous week. Notably, 12.24% of these sales were attributed to wash trading.
In second place, Solana (SOL) recorded $16 million in sales. The following spots were taken by Bitcoin (BTC) with $13 million, Polygon (POL) with $7.5 million, and Binance Coin (BNB) with $3.3 million in sales.
Wash trading was minimal on the BNB network, while Solana and Bitcoin recorded 6.41% and 4.54%, respectively. Solana saw a 17.89% increase in NFT sales volume, while Polygon experienced a 51.3% surge.
Top NFT Collections
The Guild of Guardians Heroes on the Immutable-Zk chain ranked first for the highest sales volume, recording $2.86 million across 5,786 transactions. The DogeZuki Collection on Solana followed closely with $2.4 million in sales and 61,447 transactions.
Third place went to Sorare on the Ethereum blockchain, with $2.368 million in sales and 108,690 transactions. CryptoPunks recorded 25 transactions with a sales volume of $2.2 million, ranking fourth. Fifth place was taken by DMarket on the Mythos blockchain, with $2.1 million in sales and 80,713 transactions.

Despite the volatile market conditions, several high-value NFT sales were recorded:
- CryptoPunks #1219 sold for $308,316.94 (130 ETH).
- Autoglyphs #337 sold for $223,153.25 (87.6692 WETH).
- Autoglyphs #337 sold for $171,000.00 (171,000 USDC).
- Known Origin #22001 sold for $140,695.52 (55 WETH).
- Autoglyphs #281 sold for $129,684.88 (51 WETH).
