Crypto.com Extends Partnership with Formula 1 Through 2030
Crypto.com has announced the renewal of its partnership with Formula 1, extending their collaboration through 2030. This marks a continuation of the relationship established in 2021, which has seen significant growth for both parties.
Over the course of their partnership, Formula 1 has grown to reach a cumulative TV audience of 1.5 billion and amassed 96 million social media followers. Meanwhile, Crypto.com has expanded its user base to over 100 million globally, more than ten times its size at the start of the partnership.
Emphasizing Fan Engagement
The renewed deal emphasizes fan engagement, with Crypto.com planning to roll out exclusive experiences and activations at select Grands Prix. The brand will also continue its role as the Official Title Partner of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, a position it has held since the eventβs debut in 2022.
βFormula 1 was one of our first global sports partnerships and a key driver in elevating Crypto.com to the most recognized crypto brand in the world,β said Steven Kalifowitz, Chief Marketing Officer of Crypto.com.
Crypto.com’s Recent Sponsorships
In addition to its Formula 1 partnership, Crypto.com recently sponsored the Crypto.com Showdown, a professional golf tournament held in Las Vegas on December 17. The event featured top PGA and LIV Golf players competing for a multimillion-dollar prize paid entirely in the platformβs native CRO (Cronos) cryptocurrency.
The partnership extension is a significant move for Crypto.com, as it continues to establish itself as a major player in the cryptocurrency and Web3 spaces. With its growing user base and increased brand recognition, Crypto.com is well-positioned for continued success in the years to come.
