New Tokens Added to Bitcoin Suisse’s Platform

The four new tokens include Toncoin (TON), the native token of The Open Network blockchain; Optimism (OP), the governance and utility token of Optimism, a layer-2 scaling solution for Ethereum; Ethena (ENA), the native token of Ethena, a decentralized protocol offering synthetic stablecoins; and Ondo Finance (ONDO), the native token of Ondo Finance, a platform focused on tokenized real-world assets.

Key Features of the New Tokens

Here are some key features of the new tokens:

  • Toncoin (TON): Used for staking, governance, and transaction fees, powering an ecosystem that includes The Open Network’s decentralized name service, storage, and TON Sites.
  • Optimism (OP): Serves as the governance and utility token of Optimism, a layer-2 scaling solution for Ethereum.
  • Ethena (ENA): Offers the synthetic stablecoin (USDe) and the yield-bearing dollar asset (sUSDe), operating through delta hedging of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana.
  • Ondo Finance (ONDO): Offers U.S. treasury-backed tokens, such as Ondo U.S. Dollar Yield Token and Ondo Short-Term U.S. Treasuries Fund, ranking among the top in the market.
