ANIME Coin Set to Launch on Ethereum and Arbitrum in January 2025

According to the Animecoin Foundation, 50.5% of the total token supply will be allocated to the community, while 24.44% will go to the Animecoin Foundation and 20.06% will be allocated to the team, advisors, and company.

The Animecoin Foundation has prepared a total token supply of 10 billion ANIME tokens, with an initial circulating supply of 7.69 billion ANIME. The token allocation is as follows:

  • 50.5% to the community, consisting of 37.5% for the Azuki community as early supporters and 13% for Community Cultivation.
  • 24.44% to the Animecoin Foundation for grant programs and initiatives.
  • 15.62% to the Azuki team, contractors, and advisors.
  • 7.44% to the Azuki company.
  • 2% to partner communities, including the Hyperliquid Community and Kaito yappers community.

Unlocking Period and Vesting Schedule

The Azuki team, contractors, and advisors will have an unlocking period of over three years for nearly 67% of their tokens, while 33.33% of their tokens will be unlocked after one year. The Azuki company will also follow the same unlocking period of three years with a one-year cliff. Community holders, on the other hand, will find their tokens fully unlocked upon launch.
