The non-fungible token (NFT) market has experienced a 10.10% surge in sales volume over the past seven days. Recent data indicates that NFT sales volume has reached $85.97 million.

This increase is significant when compared to the weekly NFT sales in the last two weeks of September. Additionally, there has been a 21.73% rise in NFT buyers, with the number of buyers now at 794,763. Conversely, the number of NFT sellers has decreased to 377,711.

Supporting this rise in sales volume, NFT transactions have jumped by over 64.72% in the last week, totaling 1,295,620 transactions. Let’s delve into the top-performing networks during this period.

Top Networks by NFT Sales Volume

Ethereum

Ethereum leads the leaderboard with $27.48 million in NFT sales volume. However, it’s important to note that $3.3 million of these sales were attributed to wash trading. The number of Ethereum NFT buyers increased by 12.49%, reaching 55,859.

Bitcoin

Ranking second, Bitcoin recorded $12.62 million in total sales, despite a 40% drop in sales over the last seven days.

Solana

Solana secured the third spot with $11.8 million in sales. It also had the highest number of buyers, totaling 393,044. Note that Solana accounted for $701,810 in wash trading.

Other notable networks include Mythos Chain (MYTH) with $11.8 million, Polygon (POL) with $10.6 million, and Binance Coin (BNB) with $3.35 million in sales. Bitcoin accounted for $887,810 in wash trading.
