🌎 Interport Finance Joins Chainlink BUILD to Boost DeFi and Cross-Chain Swaps

Interport Finance, a DeFi protocol offering fast cross-chain swaps and bridge solutions, has joined the Chainlink BUILD program. This strategic move aims to leverage Chainlink’s oracle services and technical support to enhance its ecosystem. The focus areas will include broader DeFi growth and the adoption of cross-chain swaps, as announced by the Interport Finance team on Thursday.

Interport Finance Eyes DeFi Ecosystem Growth

Joining the BUILD program allows Interport Finance to enhance its use of Chainlink solutions, including Chainlink CCIP for cross-chain transfers and Chainlink Price Feeds for real-world data. “Our participation in BUILD furthers our integration with Chainlink, with added benefits of priority support from the Chainlink ecosystem, increased access to key Web3 services, and stronger alignment between the Chainlink and Interport communities,” the platform noted.

This integration aligns with Interport’s mission to unify the fragmented blockchain space and push cross-chain boundaries to benefit the broader DeFi ecosystem. BUILD will help maximize the potential for achieving this through Chainlink’s secure and reliable oracle infrastructure.

Interport’s Product Suite

Interport Finance’s product suite comprises three key offerings:

Cross-chain swaps: Allow users to trade tokens across any blockchain network.
Bridge: Facilitates asset transfers without the need for extra trading fees.
Gas transfer feature: Enables users to benefit from multi-chain native token refills.

As part of the integration, Interport Finance will allocate 5% of the total supply of its native token, ITP, to Chainlink service providers, including stakers. Interport will also provide the network fees to incentivize the Chainlink community.
