The TON Society has teamed up with AI company HumanCode to introduce a new identity verification system. TON Society has allocated 1 million TON, worth nearly $5.9 million, to incentivize members to complete the verification process. The funds will be shared among TON Society members who verify their identity using palm print technology. Individuals can easily become part of the community by linking their wallet.

HumanCode will offer palm scanning technology for a fast and accurate method of verifying real-person identity. This partnership aims to address the issue of bots and introduce web3 identity to Telegram users. The technology is accessible on smartphones and browsers, designed to recognize all skin tones for inclusive proof-of-human verification.

The Toncoin (TON) token has seen a 10.5% price increase, reaching a record high of $5.90 with a market cap of $20.2 billion. Additionally, TON developers announced the distribution of 30 million TON for user engagement in ecosystem projects, with coins already being distributed to users as of April 1.

Last year, Worldcoin proposed a similar technology for personal identification using iris scanning to distribute tokens for free. However, the project has faced scrutiny in countries like Germany, France, the U.K., and Kenya for collecting user biometric data.
